All our meeting rooms come with a standard whiteboard and a screen, iced waters and mints.

Easy to Zoom. We have three rooms that are fully set up for Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype calls to one or multiple locations. Our facilities are ready to help your virtual meeting run as seamlessly as possible, just plug and play.

We have all the other equipment that you might want for your meeting, conference, function or event, from note pads and pens right through to webcams, sound systems and data projectors are available.

• Our Poneke Seminar Room is now a dedicated Microsoft Teams Room

• This spacious room comfortably fits up to 55 pax

• 2 x webcams (one facing the audience and one facing the guest speaker / TV monitors)

• 2 x 85” TV Monitors

• Ceiling Microphones & Wall mounted speakers

We were delighted to recently host Wharaurau for their hui – they had 52 people on site (plus guest speakers) and another 30 people streaming in. Everything was smooth and seamless – one TV displayed the content while the other TV displayed the guests.
